1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of VK Packers and Movers, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

VK Packers and Movers provides relocation services, including but not limited to residential moving, office relocation, intercity relocation, furniture assembly, loading/unloading, and industrial shifting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

• Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location.
• All our services are of ficed price, No exta charges for items.
• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Insurance).

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your move, including the number of items, special requirements, and access conditions.
• Ensure that all items are properly prepared for transport (e.g., fragile items are packed securely).
• Be present or have a representative available during the pickup and delivery of your items.
• Inform us of any hazardous or illegal items, which we reserve the right to refuse to transport.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is subject to the following conditions:

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of the service.
• Payments can be made via cash, or online transfer.
• Late payments after delivery may incur additional charges as per our policy.
• Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

5. Liability and Insurance

We take care to handle your belongings safely, but certain limitations apply:

• We are not liable for damages caused by improper packing by the customer.
• Items of high value (e.g., jewelry, artwork) should be declared in advance and may require additional insurance.
• Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the amount.
• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of services is subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled move will forfeit the deposit.
• No refunds will be issued for services canceled after the move has started.
